The Belly...again (what else do I have to blog about?)
Here's the belly today...I think it looks smaller. Oh, and yes, that is my belly button sticking out. I sometimes put a bandaid over it, but it still shows!
So...is it just my imagination or is it smaller today?
62 days left!!! I'm getting really jealous of everyone who is closer than me...I'm ready to be done. I don't want my belly any bigger. Okay, no more complaining, I'm sure you're all just laughing.
I think I'm finally in a nesting stage...at least for today. I'm cleaning out and going through closets and cabinets and throwing away everything I can. It's a lot harder to do with this belly sticking out, but I'll just count it as my workout today. And you don't get to see my face today...I haven't showered. Just practicing for when the baby gets here.

Our Christmas Holiday...
Included...
Nieces and nephews acting out the Nativity Story on Christmas Eve. Colton decided he didn't want to be Joseph with Savannah (his sister) as Mary.

Dancing on the table....we teach them well around here.
Shyannah loving on her Aunt Katie (although she always says she loves her Uncle Colb more).
Cute Lincoln playing with his new toy.
Then we opened our presents Christmas morning...around 9:00...yes, we slept in. This is our last year with no kids that demand attention early in the morning. Colby actually surprised me (I know most of my gifts) and got me a Magic Bullet...I've had Smoothies nearly every morning since then.

My dad got the boys sling shots...
Mom got a new flashlight...sorry Bobby, its brighter than yours.
Kalisa got to wear all sorts of cute Christmas outfits.
And we went to Silver Dollar City (with Colby's family)...

And last but not least...we gained a little weight. Well, this baby girl and I both did. She's doing great and moving around all the time. She definitely likes rap music (Celeste helped her figure that out).
Happy New Year!!! No pictures from New Year's Eve although we had a great time eating a lot and hanging out with Celeste and Joe. I fell asleep a little early, but I was awake at midnight (for a few minutes). Pregnant girls don't like to be up too late.

Baby Stuff
I've started looking for a few things for the baby. I haven't made any decisions on colors, but there are a few cribs I really like. Tell me which one you like better. There's this one from Target (well, it's out of stock there but they have it other places) or this one from Babies R Us.

I'm in love with this diaper bag.

And I might get one of these to have the baby sleep in for the first few weeks on our bed (don't worry its a big bed).

There are a few bedding sets I really like, but I don't really want the whole set. So, I think I'll just have my mom make something (again, aren't Grandmas the best?). I'll probably go fabric shopping this weekend.
(So, I'm totally impressed with myself, two posts in a row and I put links in this one...hopefully they work).

First Belly Pics
Finally, I know you've all been waiting with much anticipation...here are some belly pics. I am 21 weeks this week and the belly is really starting to show. It's getting closer to definitely being a pregnant belly, which is nice, I don't like the could be fat/could be baby stage. I'm not totally out of it, but soon hopefully. Oh, this won't get a picture, but I can now turn my belly button inside out. Totally disgusting, it makes my family and Colby shudder a little, but its pretty funny! It looks like a donut. And the baby moves all the time. I feel like she's using my insides as toys sometimes.

Hope you enjoy those!!
We found out this week that it is definitely a GIRL!!! We are very excited, Colby was kind of hoping for a boy to keep up tradition in his family (all his brothers had boys first, and his sister had a girl), but we're not good with keeping up with traditions. We have a name (or two) picked out, but we're going to wait until she's born to make a decision. Sorry! On Tuesday after we found out it was a girl, my mom called and asked if she could come over. She had gone to Old Navy and few other stores and bought the cutest outfits. Aren't Grandmas the best????

Okay, here are the real pictures. Honestly, I hate pictures of myself, especially right now, so don't be too mean and tell me I have a fat belly (and I know I need a tan, but that'll have to wait for now). I'm a little sensitive (surprise, surprise).

I am sticking it out a little in that last one, that's not all belly, but that is how I feel most of the time. And here's a comparison from 6 weeks ago at 15 weeks. (I know, I'm a dork and held up a sign so I could remember when it was).
Sorry the pictures took so long! Maybe in another 20 weeks I'll post more:).
